Our Story
At the heart of our company is the visionary leadership of our founder, Jonathan Rotger. Jonathan is the original inventor behind the technologies, ideas, and innovations that define what we do. Chief Executive Officer
John Patello is the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Graphene Technologies. An Army veteran with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale projects, John brings strategic vision, disciplined execution, and operational expertise to the company. He specializes in aligning people, resources, and operations to move ambitious initiatives from concept to completion. John holds an MBA from Lehigh University and leads AGT’s growth while ensuring advanced materials innovations are translated into practical, real-world solutions.
Todd Kent
Chief Operations Officer
Todd Kent serves as Chief Operating Officer, managing AGT’s logistics, internal operations, and product delivery systems. A seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience running businesses and leading the non-profit Strength and Love Foundation, Todd brings operational precision and practical leadership to the company. His expertise ensures that AGT’s innovative materials reliably reach customers and job sites while supporting scalable, efficient operations.
Jonathan Rotger
